Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my first attempt using raw vegan chocolate to make these vegan chocolate chip cookies. It turned out great and super delicious. I reduced the sugar to make the chocolate even more outstanding. Although this recipe requires mostly coconut milk and oil, you can also replace it with vegetable oil and oatmilk if you do not like coconut taste in your cookie. I hope you enjoy this video.


1/2 cup or 100g sugar (Can substitute coconut sugar)

1/2 cup (120g) brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup or 120g melted coconut oil

1/4 cup or 60ml coconut milk (can substitute with oat or soy milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup or 185g all purpose flour (can substitude with ground oats)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

4oz or 115g dark vegan chocolate (cut into chunks)

4oz or 115g salted caramel chocolate (cut into chunks)


In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, salt, coconut oil, coconut milk and vanilla extract.  Mix until no lumps

Sift flour and baking soda into the batter and mix well

Add chocolate chunks into the dough

Refrigerate for 30mins until harden

Pre-heat oven at 350F 180C 

Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop cookies into a lined sheet pan with 2 inches apart.

Bake cookies until just set, about 20 mins

Let cool and enjoy!
